I cannot rate the hotel really as we had to cancel our stay, but the hotel were extremely helpful over the phone when our booking was lost and making sure i received my refund. Call handler was polite, friendly and called me back with a resolution exactly when she said she would. Cannot wait to reebook and enjoy our stay there!

It's a services hotel but perfect for my needs. Staff were great and found me an ironing board when there was one missing from my room. Plenty of dining options in the services and a small bar at the hotel reception. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, hot shower, Nando's and free parking; ideal.

Great experience. Nice clean hotel. Only problem was the water in the shower was scarce, very low pressure. had to wash off the shower gel with very feint drips of water, took a while and almost led to missing the 11am checkout

The staff were helpful and quick to respond. I had a problem where a previous room occupant had "illegally" smoked, leaving a stale tobacco smell. The hotel was full but I was given a very effective spray to use and after a few applications the smell had gone. I slept like a log.

The room was a bargain price. We got takeaway breakfast from the multitude of next door service station eateries. The room was clean but we noticed multiple evidence of stain marks on the carpets in the corridors and our room which the hotel should address. Its quiet and in a very handy location.

Good as always. One thing drives me crazy though...most days the key card loses its ability to open door, so back down to reception to get it fixed... Every day.... Very dull. I keep the card away from phones /other cards and it stall happens most days a this hotel.

Lovely stay as always. Perfect family hotel & right next to services with lots of restaurant options. We’ve stayed a few times while visiting London and were never disappointed. Really good value and only 45 mins from the city.

Ramada Cobham Hotel
Staywd here for an overnight stay for an ealry flight out of Heathrow Thw rooms are spotlessly clean and well worth a stay and we will stay again in September However the hotel itself needs a bit of TLC as it is showing its age and usage

The hotel was larger than we expected with very friendly and helpful staff. The family room was a perfect size for us. We were able to park easily and sleep well and having a 24hr service station next door was really convenient. I could see a dog walking area an play area out of the window.
