The worse was no ability to turn of the heat/ac fan without throwing a breaker switch and there was no way of turning off the bathroom fan. No instructions for the thermostat. Made an otherwise nice place very uncomfortable."

I have talk to a representative at hotel.com about this issue and he said will talk to the AmericInn and will let me know about the 50% refund back to me. "

"Breakfast food was a bit stale on Monday. Bathtubs can be slippery so be careful when getting out/in. However, I highly recommend this hotel as it is new, clean, and rooms are very large. "
