"A very easy check in. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and felt fancy for the space. We were staying in the hotel for an occasion and they went the extra mile to make it super special which we really appreciated. It was a shame the family room was two doubles (my children really don't like to share a bed so as adults we had to sleep separately to divide them up) but that's my only constructive feedback. We had the breakfast option, which had lots of selection. On the check out they let the kids keep the keys as a souvenir which they are thrilled with. Thank you for a lovely stay and some lovely birthday memories."

"Super easy check in. Junior Suite was a nice size. Shower was EXCELLENT - bigger than expected, great water pressure and almost instant hot water. NICE! Balcony did not have a great view, but it was still nice to have it. Super walkable location and also easy to access from the tube. Would recommend! "
