"Everyone was friendly, guests and staff. Only thing I didn't like was, I need a tv on while I sleep, if it goes off I wake up. The tv went off twice during the night the whole 5 days we were there, so I never got a full night sleep due to waking to turn it back on. Pots and pans in cupboard but no way to use them due to no stove, only a microwave. "Was able to accommodate baby with a crib. The only complaint is that I called ahead of time to have it in the room and they completely forgot about the crib. A bit slow with service. We had issues with our plumbing. Overall it was good but not the best."
