"Everything was really good! Staff was helpful changed me rooms to the one I had booked. Unfortunately I rooms to not come with microwaves and reception does not have one either. "

"It’s a bit loud. Kind of like a glorified motel when you look at the configuration of this hotel. "

"Came to check in around 5pm and my room was not ready and was asked to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until it was, gave them 35 minutes heard nothing and when I returned back to the front desk I was received with hostility and impatience from one particular staff so much so that another staff member had apologized to me on their behalf. I was nothing but respectful and patient and was not received with that same sentiment. But my room was nice and I enjoyed my stay despite it"

"Room smelled awful. Not thoroughly clean. Lacked basic inclusions like a robe, slippers, etc. "
