"Lovely hotel. Suite was huge as was bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Relaxing bar offered a free welcome drink. The problem was that we booked parking for a car of unknown size as we were renting it the day before. They left it out on the street not in a parking spot which they said was ok as it was Sunday. They promised to park it the next day but it was still there Monday morning. They refused to park it as it had turned out that the car was bigger than they anticipated. They did not reach out...

"This hotel was amazing!!!! The staff was lovely, the hotel was very comfortable, and the location was INSANELY AMAZING, you cannot get a better location. Its about a 20min walk from the train station, and within veiw of the incredible Strasbourg Cathedral. Lots of goood restraunt choices near-by, and the tourist iffice is within a 2min walk. Absolutely amazing hotel, I would absaloutly stay here again, it was my favorite hotel in France! "

They went above and beyond at checkout to get us to our departure bus at the train station so we would not miss out flight. I cannot thank them enough. Wonderful service! "Charming hotel with daily room servicing. Our room offered a view of the Cathedral and had fully functional windows to allow a nice cool breeze into the room. The breakfast service felt overcrowded with items not replenished in a timely manner. If you’re visiting during a busy period you may find better options elsewhere, but overall the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our visit to Strasbourg."

"You can't beat the location, right across from the entrance to the Cathedral. The hotel is in a very old building and they have done a good job of updating over time. Our attic room had a flight of stairs inside the door to the room and had a level above that. Service was good, cleanliness generally good, but there was a lot of sandy debris on the bedcover when we arrived - I assume because the windows had been left open. We cleaned it off and it did not show up again. Would stay there again,...
