"The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. It was a shame the indoor pool was too cold for us to use. We also had to ask twice for water and milk but the hotel did put this right. On the whole the hotel was really lovely, clean and very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and got to know guests orders quickly. Would highly recommend."

"Modern, clean and comfortable. The high tech light switches were a bit clumsy, not labeled and needed trial and error to switch on and off until you learn them. Bed was very comfortable; breakfast was good with lots of options. Gym was nice, but a bit small. Spa looked beautiful but didn’t use."

"Excellent location, away from the crowded touristy Baixa but a few steps from the Metro. Lovely little restaurants abound. And the Eduardo VII park is a great amenity, full of birds and beautiful walking paths. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful."
