Great, friendly staff. The location was perfect and convenient for the hop on/off and tour buses. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size and looks properly maintained and clean. My only suggestion would be to consider a few umbrellas on the rooftop pool since there is no shade. Some people cant stay out in the sun for too long. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Thank you to the friendly staff who greated us everyday and answered all of our questions.

We stayed at the Fenix Music in May 2024 and absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfasts and the room was brilliant. Electric blind that automatically opened when you went into the room from the corridor (loved that!), a Smeg mini fridge to keep drinks cool, complimentary water every day, a lovely comfortable bed and quiet too which meant we slept really well. A wonderful place to stay for any adventure in beautiful Lisbon!

My friend and I loved this hotel and the staff upon arriving. Staff were friendly and the property and technology was really cool. I posted something on my Instagram about this hotel and a friend wrote me who recently stayed (1.5 weeks before) he said that while they were out for dinner someone broke into their room and stole their valuables. They made a police report but the hotel blamed them for trying to scam an extra night which they are certainly not that kind of people. When we learned this we tried to ensure our valuables were locked in the safe but our safe was not working. We had to take a book bag with our valuables with us to dinner. Our led lights in our room were also broken and came on party mode in the middle of the night. Other than that is was a cool hotel, amazing location, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We just felt a little spooked.

Location was very convenient, steps from metro station. Rooftop bar is small, but the seating around the pool and the view compensates. We got a double room... on the small side but well distributed and equipped.

The property is very walkable to all of Lisbon's main areas and dining options. The only negative is the limited bar and dining options on-site.
