Fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing and friendly. The room was beautiful, the balcony a lovely surprise. In room Bluetooth… make sure you look for this as there are no instructions but once found it’s easy to use. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in this type of hotel. The metro is steps from the hotel, definitely use this. It’s cheap, clean and will save your feet. I will definitely stay again.

My room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed, blackout shades and great water pressure in the shower. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful-suggesting a local cafe for a quick lunch and arranging a car to the airport. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Rossio and there is a metro stop right across the street. I was also able to take a bus from Belem to a stop one block from the hotel. This was my first visit to Lisbon and the hotel was a great base to explore the city. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room so you can make instant coffee. I do wish there had been an pod espresso machine instead of the kettle. I'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it .

Pleasant and Helpful staff but Flooded Bathroom Floor After Shower Staff are friendly and helpful with questions and directions. Convenient location with steps to metro line. Breakfast room is quite busy with good choice of foods at $12 booked on the day of check in otherwise $15 at the door. The water pressure is good but was shocked to find the bathroom floor was all flooded after shower that could easily spilling out to the bedroom area had I spent more time in the shower. Lots of soaking after showers. We did not complain as we only stay for one night.
