"Reserved 2 rooms for the night before going to the Museum of Science and Industry. This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are fantastic. This may be one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was the nicest I've ever enjoyed at a hotel. Blueberry compote for oatmeal topping? Incredible. Large number of high quality selections. 3 egg options. 2 sausage options. And so much more. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. Parking in the garage next door turned out to be plentiful and easy. Very nice location. Lots of restaurants within one block. On advice of the staff, we walked to a nearby pastry shop for yummy evening snacks. I was worried about noise from nearby tracks and the street in front but after 10pm, our rooms were dead silent. Easily the best value in the area.I'd rate it a 12 if I could. Would love to come back to the area just to stay in this hotel."

"That’s a beautiful historical hotel located in heart of Chicago. Comfortable bed, pillows, has a fridge. We loved that all the restaurants were around and it was a walking distance to Chicago Marathon start line. It would’ve been nice if they had a breakfast included, they do have a restaurant but we haven’t checked it. "

"This was my first time visiting Chicago. The stay far exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly my favorite was Arnold. The evening reception was a nice little addition to a wonderful stay. I did observe a guest lick the spoon and put it back in the hummus, zero stars gor him that was gross. The rooms were clean and i had a great city view with black out curtains that made sleeping very easy. The lobby was beautiful, i loved the waterfall. Last awesome thing about this embassey was the location. Everything was walkable. I would recommend this hotel to any one looking for great accommodations and comfort. I will be visiting again and will not hesitate to choose this hotel. Thank you ❤️ "
