Wife and our 4 kids stayed here this past weekend. Good area, walking to Millenium Park and Navy Pier wasn’t bad at all. Super close to all types of shopping and dining. Rooms were clean, staff was super nice, even let us check in early. Only con about our experience was the tile in the pool area that was like a sheet of ice when wet. With kids and older adults around, a slip in the pool area is just waiting to happen. Other than that I was very happy and will be back again.

the staff was incredibly helpful. all the local shopping that one could want/ need. the room itself was very nice as well. alot more spacious than i expected. overall great experience.

The hotel was clean, the staff was super polite, and the location was great. However, our room had a chloreine smell, the bed was super uncomfortable, and the radiator was super loud. The other strange thing is that the bathroom door didn't latch. It was a glass door that swung back and forth, with a decent gap at the hinges.
