Congress Plaza Hotel
We had a king bed facing the lake. The room was large but only one lamp near the bed and the other - very dim. Bathtub was inoperable, and no ventilation in the bathroom. Parking was easy, desk staff not very friendly.

Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago
The room was perfect. Staff attentive. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast menu options so we opted not to eat at the adjoining restaurant. Hotel very clean.
