This is the hotel of dreams. I will remember this place for a very long time. Stunning spot, amazingly friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant (tasting menu) which was out of this world. Breakfast lovely Loved the pool Amazing amazing place.

One of the best concierge and customer service teams I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From booking dinners to recommending activities even at short notice. Hotel, quality, room and breakfast were also excellent with no complaints.

Lovely new modern hotel in a fab location. Easy walking distance from everywhere. Breakfast, WiFi, Coffee 24/7 and mini bar topped up each day included in your room price. Good value for money. Would stay there again.

Booked the Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa based on previous user ratings - and I was not disappointed. On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful - check-in process was great. We were shown to the suite which was bigger and better appointed than I was expecting. Clean, airy and light. All good. Right in the centre but inside the hotel was quiet. No noise when trying to sleep

We arrived in the evening and the check-in was smooth and quick, we were shown to our room which was a basic classic room which was clean and roomy for the two of us. After freshening up, we ventured out for dinner to a restaurant recommended by the front desk called Donnini. It was located in the square close to the hotel and the food was nice and the staff were pleasant. All the amenities are within walking distance with shops and restaurants open till late at night. It is worth mentioning...

Location is superb...a short stroll to most of the major attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, superb soundproofing + air-con means an excellent, silent night's sleep. The staff are the best I ever encountered, the rooms spotless, the breakfast generous, and free teas and a happy hour to meet fellow travellers over free Prosseco tops it all off.

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed using the gym and the bar too. Will definitely stay again!
