"Avoid. Despite chasing us for our check-in time, the room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived after 2pm—the property admitted the cleaners hadn’t arrived. We then endured a persistent sewage/drain smell and inadequate basics. On our final day, we discovered ants throughout the room, with photos/videos as evidence. No alternative room was available, so we were forced to pack, leave early and pay for another hotel. An unacceptable stay from arrival to departure."
