I was really impressed with the property and the staff was amazing. Nice beautifully decorated room. The only downside was how small the shower was but it didn’t make the stay any less enjoyable. TBD location was awesome. Big shout out it Enzo and Marika, they both were so responsive to all our needs as well as offering good suggestions for near by attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend this property. The location was conveniently located to excellent bars, restaurants and attractions. The accommodations were beautifully renovated with thoughtful details and breakfast was fantastic! Lovely accommodation, room was nice as was the bathroom. It appeared to be newly renovated. The only drawback was our room was close to the reception area & we could hear conversations. Lift in the accommodation which was a bonus. Bruno was very helpful on check in, advising us of places of interest & restaurants. The location was great & not too far from the centre.

Exceptional stay! CasaJammone is run by Enzo and his wife and son. It was immaculate, with excellent breakfast and cappuccino. The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. What sets this B&B apart from the rest is the personal attention that Enzo and his family gives to their guests. I look forward to returning to Naples and CasaJammone.

Amazing! One of the nicest, welcoming and friendliest staff you will encounter. The room was clean. The sheets and towels smelled very fresh. The room had air conditioning which was nice. Because we stayed a few other places in Rome and we had to leave the window open. Listening to the street noise and the light coming in wasn't very pleasant. But with this place, the air conditioning was spot on. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also very close to a Metro which getting around Naples was easy but we walked most of the places.

PROS: Location is convenient and plenty of public transportation. 20 Minutes from airport, took a taxi 30 Euros. Room was small (bed & brakfast) but clean, updated, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. It is on the 3rd floor and elevator is old but worked fine, only enough room for 2 people with luggage. The location is up a small alley, no signs to indicate where it is located but driver was familiar. CONS: You need 3 keys to enter the property, outside gate to enter property and elevator, entry door into kitchen/common area, and then key to enter your room. Room has a step down near the door that opens to very small patio area, wife was unpacking and almost fell down (you have to stepdown anytime you are getting into or out of the bed closest to the wall (or crawl over your partner if you need to use bathroom at 3 am).

Nice & clean room, very comfortable bed. Enzo was very welcoming & helpful. Location was great and perfect location to attractions. First night was very peaceful night & no noise from close proximity of main areas. Unfortunately second evening noisy neighbour in early hours. Breakfast was a bit basic but did the job. I think we could have had egg but wasn’t clear. Accommodated GF needs.

The owners son, kindly waited up for us when our flight was delayed 3 hours arriving at about 01.30 am which was really kind. No fault of the hotel, but the lift required users to remember to shut the door otherwise it does not operate so you have to walk up four flights of stairs, it might be helpful to have a sign in the lift reminding people to close door. Breakfast was not on site which was not clear when booking you were provided with a card each day to redeem at a local coffee shop for a pastry, coffee and juice perfectly pleasant but very limited and 2/4 days the property had to be reminded to provide cards. Towels would not dry in bathroom and despite leaving on floor so they would be changed they just hung them up which made it worse ias they were damp and we did not know which of us had previously used the towels so not very hygienic; so housekeeping let the down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at CasaJammone. Enzo and Marika were excellent hosts, who helped us make the most of our short trip by sourcing hard-to-find Napoli football tickets.
