Rod 'N' Reel Resort

"Rod n Reel..excellent resort. Room was great. Bed was too soft..uncomfortable. Main issue was Rod n Reel Restaurant. The flies, flies, flies were terrible. Could not enjoy the food without them trying to land on your food. Bar tender brought an automatic fan to the table to keep the flies away. Who wants to eat, have fan running to squat flies...food gets cold. Management on duty never came to the table. We were not the only ones complaining!"

"There was gum on the carpet otherwise clean room..,full size refrigerator was a great help to keep our water bottles and soda cold"

"The building is an older building that Hilton obtained and cleaned up. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. Being that we were gone most of the day and into the evening visiting friends it worked great for us. Would stay again"

"This could be a perfect spot in pricey St Michael's. It is very much in need of room renovation. Biggest issue- poor water service and the water smelled of rotten eggs."
