"I made my reservation well in advance. Hotel staff gave me a room that I didn’t reserve online. Had to get a room change. Poor customer service. I was rushed to paid for my room and wasn’t aware of the incidental fee for $75.00. I was told to step aside so the staff can help a “white couple” behind me. I told staff that I had already waited 15 minutes with the customer in front of me. The couple behind me can wait like I did for their room. Afterwards, I was finally given the room that I reserved online."

"The place smells like a cigarette. Everything in the room smelt like it. The bathmat was stained and ripped. Beds and pillows were awful."

"Upon arrival, it was clear that some of the guests had intense issues which required management's attention (loudly and in the lobby, icyw.) The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked quite well. There were other conclusions drawn from the fact that there were vehicles being repaired in the parking lot and a certain person napping at various locations at the property. The breakfast was absolutely continental; no more to be said. It was very quiet. That part was great, as were the numerous security cameras. No complaints there!"

"The hotel is very dirty. Garbage through out the hall ways. Carpet is nasty, black with stains and dirt. Drinks spilled in elevator, and watched the cleaning lady and manager walk right out of the elevator with not 1 attempt to clean it. Stayed like that the whole day and night. 1st room that was given to us, wasn't even cleaned, and had to switch rooms. The bed was so old you instantly rolled to the middle. Coffee pots and area in the lobby wasn't cleaned all weekend. Mondays breakfeast that was put out looked like whatever was left over from the weekend was your choice. I would not stay here again. For the same price you can find a better, cleaner hotel in the same area."

"Front Desk was super nice in changing our room to the first floor. Only bad thing was some people were smoking weed outside and it's a very strong smell. "

"Lots of parking. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms very clean. The pulled out couch bed wasn't too comfortable, but good enough for one night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would plan to stay if I was in area again."

"The staff was very helpful. . The room was fairly clean , but the carpet had several stains, The lock on the door had issues so it was very difficult to unlock. there was a lot of noise in the hallway that was heard in the room."
