"I arrived at the hotel after a 7-hour flight and 8000 steps walking through Heathrow London. Upon arrival, the check in receptionist at the hotel was the BEST and friendliest hotel service I have ever experienced in 30 years of business travel. Khushboo at the Leonardo Heathrow was amazing as my final destination was Liverpool and she helped me navigate with Uber and other hotel details. Breakfast was great so all in all a perfect layover spot at Heathrow London! "
