"Spacious room with outstanding cleanliness, quiet and comfort. Sadly, not possible to use any of the spa facilities (pool, sauna) without purchasing a treatment and while I really did want a massage, the timings of treatments just couldn’t fit my schedule."

"Really nice hotel in the country. It is situated right next to a lake which is beautiful. We had a lake view room which was amazing. The bathroom shower head and tap were not that good and they splashed water everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too. Breakfast was very good."

"Booked the stay last minute for the Jazz Festival,and so glad we chose Malmaison. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."

"EV chargers not working - staff really unhelpful. We had to plan in somewhere else to charge the car which was hugely inconvenient. Also had to unexpectedly pay for parking. Bathroom wasn’t clean and had mould in the tile grout. Room was small and dated. Lobby area was nice and breakfast set up was nice. However £14pp was expensive."
