"Older hotel but nice"

"This is our 2nd time staying here. We really like this property and it’s in an awesome area. Great shops and restaurants. The staff is great and it’s very nice and clean."

"I don’t know, our room we had reserved for almost a week was given away to an award member and we never received a phone call letting us know until we were checking in. "

"The shuttle was good. The room was decent with a nice bathroom. The problem was the internet. It was unusable all night and morning too. I needed to get things done on my laptop and the signal was too weak. That ruined the stay for me and I left early so I could go somewhere else to get work done. Not ever going back"

"The toilet paper roll was sitting on top of the toilet paper holder, which was holding an empty roll (suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned). Also, the complimentary ice bucket had a condom, the condom wrapper and a paper towel shoved in it. Upon seeing that, I immediately checked out. Also, the elevator button sunk into the wall when I pressed it. I feared I would be electrocuted. I didn’t give it the lowest rating because it was very cheap price wise."

"What a great property- Carlos at the front desk was so fabulous and many staff we encountered were the same. We came for Arnold and walking distance to eating and shopping. Their breakfast bar was scrumptious . Lyft was only 15 mins to downtown. We are definitely booking here next year."
