"This place was great, very clean and nice. It was most convenient having a washer and dryer inside the room, a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. They supply pots, pans, cutting boards, and utensils you need. Any household needs they supply upon request. I loved it! The only issue was parking, but not a big deal; we did find parking close to the hotel."

"There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room."

"Very clean and quiet. New lock pad system was sensitive to use and could not get into room at first. First night no heat. Next day got a portable room heater to use. No staff on duty in evening. Had to call someone for help getting into room."

"There was a huge line for check in. Waited so long to check in that we missed our dinner plans prior to the event we went to. They did not tell us that we needed to use our key card to use the elevator. i suggest more lines for check in, and maybe an express line for those that have already done the pre check in online."
