No coffee maker or water boiler in the room--not possible to drink warm water. The staff kindly helped me warm water by microwave at the front desk. However, it is still different from boiled water and time-consuming. There was constant loud music from my neighbor and I reported to the front desk several times. They simply told me to call the police.

It was roaches in my room booed a stay for four days snowed in and stuck for two they gave me one rag one towel one floor towel also no tv no microwave no mini fridge had to switch my room second room my had a tv one rag one towel and the toilet ran water every 30 mins and the toilets wss leaking from the back bad not clean nothing like the pictures but it’s quiet and peaceful

Upon arriving to the hotel we saw people in sleeping bags all around the property. There were also people just walking around. We did not feel comfortable with 2 year old twins in the car, but since we had already paid, we decided to check it out. The person at the front desk was gracious and professional. That's the only reason I bumped this up a star. The listing said cribs were available, but when we arrived we were told they didn't have cribs. The room was ok, mostly clean, except the bathroom, but when the people in the room next door started making noise at 10:30 pm, we had to ask to be moved. Since there were no other rooms available we were forced to leave. I do not recommend this hotel!

The place is very hard to actually find from the listed address. The check in man was very good and positive throughout. Once in the room , it was really bad. The floor had soft areas. The sink leaked quite a bit just by running water to brush teeth. The bathroom floor was soft and the toilet was very slow to flush at all. The door and lock was sketchy as far as confidence in the lock. Overall, I wouldn't recommend until this property and room(s) are improved.

I added another day to my stay, before checkout time and went to work. I told them I would be paying when I got back at 12 o'clock they shut off the electric to my room and told my wife "pay now or we are keeping your deposit" then when I try to call them, they don't answer the phone. people were going in my room every time we left it. a lot of things , expensive things , the cleaning staff is rude and speaks negative about us when they think we aren't listening or thinking we do not understand Spanish . the trash cans are often overflowing. the roof leaks, the bathroom door doesn't close , the sink pipes are not attached. we rented the room because it has a kitchenette. there was not. but all the fridges and microwaves sit in a room with the curtains open so everyone can see. terrible place. when I mentioned to the front desk that people were in our room a lot, he gave me an additude. not a place to bring the kids or family

Don’t let pictures fool you

Stayed here due to a cancelled flight, and it was cheap and close. Staff was polite and helpful but check in was rocky due to power outage, not their fault and wouldn’t be included if the rest of my stay wasn’t a nightmare. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and cannabis. The door required a degree in engineering to open. The mirror was hanging on for dear life and the frame was broken. The window was broken. There wasn’t a single clean surface. The smoke detector was in a cage but somehow still disconnected. The bed was just a bag of springs. Steer clear.

I recently booked a stay at this property through Expedia. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. Even though I had a valid receipt number and completed the pre-arrival check-in, the front desk informed me they could not find my reservation. As a result, I was charged again on my debit card upon arrival, despite already having paid $89 through Expedia. The hotel charged me an additional $69, and I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. Thankfully, Expedia responded quickly to assist with the overcharge, though the refund is still pending. After check-in, the problems continued. The room key did not work at first, which caused another delay. Once inside, the room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of smoke and an overall lack of cleanliness. The property did not match the standards I expect from Wyndham’s brand. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. While the staff did provide a room, the booking confusion, double charge, and poor room quality made for a very frustrating experience. Sometimes paying a little more is worth it for professionalism, cleanliness, and peace of mind.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. Honestly, calling this place a hotel is being generous. We were traveling as a family of four, with two young children, and from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Check-in took over an hour, and the staff member assisting us was rude and unhelpful. After finally checking in, we spent another 10 minutes wandering around trying to find our room because nobody explained where it was located. When we entered the room, there were no towels, the smell was awful, with a strong cigarette odor throughout the room, the floor was dirty, and everything felt unclean and poorly maintained. The worst part happened the following evening when we returned late from an event. Our room key had been deactivated and would not open the door. We had to go back to the front desk and wait nearly two more hours for the issue to be resolved. While waiting, we noticed at least three other guests experiencing the exact same problem. This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. The fair thing to do would be to provide a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. This situation is an embarrassment to the Travelodge brand. If this property cannot meet basic hospitality standards, Travelodge should seriously reconsider allowing it to operate under its name. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The check in is located in a cubby hole in the corner of one of the buildings and with the temperature at 101 degrees it was horrible during the 10 minutes of trying to check in. Once arriing at the room there was a feeling of usease with suspected vagrants hanging around and upon entering the room the unpleasant smell resulted in a very quick decision to seek reservations somewhere else. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to anyone.
