"Not worth the price point. The pool area is not cleaned or monitored by staff. A lot of towels on chairs that have been unoccupied for hours at the pool, chairs are broken, etc. Breakfast is quite sad and not well organized. Room was clean but small. "

"We definitely enjoyed our stay. The property has a lot to offer, including Sparrow o. The top of the hotel and the Lobby Bar on the sixth floor. The valets were helpful with my limitations walking to and from the car. Housekeeping really displayed patience with our getting out of the room Saturday."

El alojamiento no era para nada como se mostraba en las fotos de la plataforma, la caja estaba floja, hacía ruido al moverse y era sumamente incómoda, el aire acondicionado hacía ruido toda la noche y para acceder a la piscina tenía que salir a la calle en traje de baño para poder acceder a la piscina. La comunicación con la administradora no fue fluida, no pudo ofrecerme una reubicación en otra área por lo que me ofreció un reembolso que hasta el momento he estado gestionando pero no me lo han realizado. Estoy realmente decepcionado de la atención en este lugar, hicieron un ofrecimiento de reembolso que no han cumplido y espero que cumplan pronto. "They put the wrong address on Expedia. It made a huge mess with our travel plans. Had to purchase multiple Ubers to find the location. Genuinely the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I wouldn’t come back if I was paid to. They also barely give you any check in intstructions and don’t even give you the number of your room. We had to guess. All they offered us was late checkout for the ‘inconvenience’ which we couldn’t even use because we were just staying one night before a cruise. They could’ve offered complimentary drinks and snacks or anything actually helpful. "

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "
