This was our fourth stay at Lost Inn & once again we couldn’t fault it & we will be back next year. The rooms are beautiful & so clean. The staff so friendly & helpful & the added extra bonus of going out on the bay makes this our go to place to stay in Cocoa Beach

The Black Dolphin Inn is stunning, rooms are better than many hotels. The Family that run it are very friendly and helpful, in fact they can't do enough for guests. Its waterfront which is lovely but not a huge amount within walking distance. Beaches are a drive over the causeway.

The room was spotless and modern—very comfortable bed. The pool was clean with sun loungers. Easy access to the ocean. Most importantly for us, it was a quiet and relaxing stay.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue.

Andres on the front desk was awesome, so friendly and helpful. Also a shout out to Gary who looked after breakfast and kept the show running. Overall a superb stay in a really new hotel, by far the best of the four properties we stayed in this trip. Highly recommended and will hopefully stay again soon. Only negative is some use of plastic plates and cutlery. Oh and you’re close to a swamp so you may see snakes like we did!

Fabulous hotel directly opposite the Daytona Speedway track. Not the biggest of hotels but immaculately run, very friendly staff and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Our room had 2 very comfortable queen beds, a/c which worked and even a fridge. We were very impressed. Daytona Beach is a short drive away and the I-95 is even closer. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean room, was woken a couple times during my stay by barking dogs. I have stayed in the hotel numerous times and this is the first encounter of this. Quick check in. All areas clean. Kids love the pool. We stayed a total of 3 nights over a split stay this vaction.

Very welcoming, Aaron showed us our room. It was lovely and clean. Bottled water in the fridge. All you could ask for. The bed was really comfortable. We could walk to local bars. Really would recommend a stay here. Thank you very much. Sioux and Martin.

Great breakfast. Perfect for travelling through with a family

Really liked the house keeper who left us motivational notes in the morning after turning over our beds. Breakfast was a good selection and enjoyable. Have access to a hot tub and swimming pool was also a bonus and made the stay extremely enjoyable
