When I picked up one of the towels, it was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The bedsheets also did not seem properly clean, which made the overall stay feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and this experience did not meet that standard. As a result, we did not feel comfortable during our stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping practices."

The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the food and the service. Thanks to the maintenance staff, the day front desk staff, and the restaurant staff."

"Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle of just finding anything to squeeze money out of you.. The staff are also not really interested in helping you."
