It's got unique features, such as the beautiful lobby and staircases, that make it a more enjoyable stay than a cookie-cutter hotel, and of course is close to the universities. In our particular case, there was a mechanical issue in our room and we were immediately given a new room (one that we considered to be an upgrade!). We were grateful for the kind workers, especially at the front desk."
