"Breakfast at breadsticks cafe took about 35 mins to be served but the food was good. Unfortunately we were booked a corner room where the view was of a roof right below the pool . The quality of food at quick bites was just okay . The soup is the best thing there and the pizza was disappointing as they don’t keep it in the oven long enough , you’ll enjoy it if you like soggy pizza. However, The rooms were spacious and staff is friendly. "

"The WiFi was not reliable. One could only use 2 devices for WiFi and then charged a fee for additional devices. The television channels were very limited and the movies that were available were $24.99! There should have been at least a Netflix option. Many of the restaurants were closed on Thursday and a very limited selection for people with allergies. Three members of our group suffered from diarrhea on Friday. The wait staff was helpful but again very few options for Gluten free needs. The muffin that was offered at the continental breakfast was prepackaged and tasted like it was frozen for months."

"Bed linens were dirty - multiple hairs on the sheets/comforter. Only one bed was dirty was perhaps it wasn’t cleaned between guests? There were also multiple hairs in the bathroom. When we asked for a linen change, the front desk responded that housekeeping was not available. But, they could send linens for us to change. Lots of hallway noise/able to hear normal conversations from the neighboring room. "

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The bathtub was clogged, and the toilet kept making loud noises with water constantly running. The entire facility had an unpleasant smell, like dirty rugs, which made it very uncomfortable. The elevators were dirty and poorly maintained, and the room itself was lacking basic amenities—there wasn’t even a microwave, only a fridge. Overall, this felt like a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend staying here."
