"When we first checked into the room the bathroom had not been cleaned, someone had gone number 2 and stunk of weed. They also turned the water off from 9am to 12pm on a Tuesday morning, right when we wanted to get ready to go out for the day and only saw the paper under our door that morning. "

"This was the worst “hotel” i have ever stayed at. Us 3 girls booked a trip to NY for the first time, we arrived at 10pm to find the property is in an unsafe area so that was red flag #1. We checked in and our room was in a basement, red flag #2! we get down into the basement and the room door was open and propped open with a shampoo bottle with no cleaning lady in sight red flag #3. We slept there because it was late but it was disgusting and we couldn’t even shower because the water never got hot, red flag #4! we checked out the very next day & they refused to give us our money back. the staff gave us the run around & kept saying the manager was unavailable. i don’t even know how this property is up and running. they also have a sign displayed in front that you can book rooms by the hour, red flag #5. i cannot say 1 good thing about this place. "The hotel is in good location and very modern rooms. However, the walls seem to be paper thin and it’s easy to hear conversations next door and can be a problem when trying to get rest. "
