This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend...

Very friendly staff, well equipped rooms of an excellent standard. On Tuesdays they have free food & drinks which were available when we arrived tired & hungry so were very pleased. Nice pool & gym. Breakfast was also excellent.

Really good hotel. Excellent condition and well located for downtown. Great room with sitting area. Loved that we could connect to our online streaming services, ie Netflix and watch things in the room. Restaurant served good food (including breakfast) with great service. There isn't much choice downtown and so it was good to have the hotel to fall back on. Only minor point was when we asked for our room to be serviced in the afternoon and it still didn't get done for a few hours despite a...
