"We stayed for one night. The staff were fantastic and juliet checked us in and was very welcoming. Unfortunately it was really busy. They had little to offer for a vegetarian meal in the bar. They had a function on and the noise from people shouting etc late into the night meant we had no sleep. "

"This hotel is super convenient- fantastic in fact. HOWEVER, the walls are paper thin, the heating comes on all through the night and is loud, and the bed and pillows are pretty uncomfortable. The food is great. So, take ear plugs and your own pillow and you may get some sleep."

"Fantastic location overlooking the water. Duchess room was superb - great view and feature bath in the window. Hotel is a castle type property. Good good too. Staff very helpful and friendly"

"The exterior of the building was disappointing at first look though parking was great, lots of space , our room was spacious and suitable for a disabled person, lots of bars in the bathroom for safety though we are able bodied. The room was clean and bed was comfortable it even had an ironing board. The staff were very friendly and gave help on places to visit . We will visit again."
