Located in de Waterkant and it's a modern apartment. Very close to VA waterfront. The area is very safe in the day, but there are some homeless people on the street at night. So just be abit more careful when out at night. The carpark is secured. Communication can be better as property did not contact me prior to the trip on the check in instructions. So it was a little bit of worry there. But the security manager at the apartment helped us alot.
