Excellent time staying at the Double Tree. I had the perfect room as Table Mountain was right in front of me. Lovely attentive staff members and peace environment oh of course delicious food. I'll definitely be staying again perfect location and free bus to the Waterfront V & A.

Driving up to the hotel is definitely the downside. The neighborhood is not great. But the hotel itself is great! The staff are wonderful, the room was nice and clean, the food was good and the parking was great. The hotel is in a convenient location and was perfect for what we needed. If it wasn't for the super staff, we may have gone somewhere else.

Pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. Hotel is centrally located and close to the waterfront. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The only downside was you have to pay for parking R60 per night.

The staff were great but the condition of the rooms could be improved because one of the two rooms we booked smelled damp and mouldy and had an extractor fan that would not switch off (which was really noisy at night). The other room was fine but there should be consistency.

Great place to stay in Cape Town

Staff made us feel very welcome. Stored our bags while we went touring. Great room service. Airport shuttle reasonable. Room safe didn’t work so they upgraded us. Would definitely stay again.
