"The hotel was like a beautiful oasis amongst all the noise and chaos of India! The staff were wonderful, so polite and always smiling. Room was immaculate and so so comfortable. The grounds were immaculate and the pool areas were just beautiful, relaxing and very serene! I could not of chosen a better hotel for our 7 night stay. Everything on your doorstep, shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach yet a beautiful peaceful haven! "

"Absolutely unreal stay! From the minute we entered the property to leaving - we were looked after really well by Nilam on the front desk (she deserves a raise!!!). They also upgraded our room and celebrated my masters which was such a lovely surprise. The most luxurious stay in goa, peaceful and food was incredible. Rooms were outstanding - this is why I always pick Taj! Looking forward to being back. "

"We arrived early for check in so our suite wasn’t ready, but the staff provided us with a welcome drink, changing facilities and looked after our luggage whilst we went straight to the beach! Throughout our stay we felt extremely welcome, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and interacted with us at every opportunity. We never needed to open a door for ourselves and everyone smiled and said hello. The suites were immaculate and cleaned daily. The complimentary breakfasts were really good and the snack at tea time was a nice touch. We are extremely happy we chose the Astor."

"Great hotel, friendly staff and good food. Prices are extremely affordable. The one downside is that the hotel does not have a dedicated taxi service that offers fair pricing, as Goan taxi drivers rip you off. "
