The accommodation, facilities and staff were excellent. The heated pool was immaculate and very warm throughout our stay and there were always plenty of sunbeds with shady spots to enjoy a really relaxing holiday. When looking for hotels to stay, this hotel stood out. It's modern and artistic design was the attraction, as well as the glowing reviews online. On arrival, even the taxi driver gasped. Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

From our very first arrival at your hotel, myself, husband and son truly had a wonderful experience. We could not fault a thing. Made to feel so welcome by your friendly staff, rooms spotlessly clean and the tastiest food to cater for every palate. The beach, was well within walking distance with plenty to see and do. The location and generally restful ambience of this hotel makes it our favourite place to stay in this resort. Staff are caring, friendly and professional. We feel genuinely welcome. The Neptuno is a relatively small hotel with an over 18s policy. The hotel is very gay friendly though has a very mixed clientele by age, orientation and nationality. Many people book a similar week each year to meet up with friends they have made at the hotel.

My partner and I had a much-needed chilled time at Vista Bonita. If you're looking for a gay resort with a relaxed atmosphere then this is it! Based in Sonnenland, it's a 20 minute walk to Faro de Maspalomas and some of the nicer restaurants on the sea front or a 5 minute taxi ride (4-5 euros) to Playa del Ingles and the Yumbo if you need a more lively evening out! This hotel is just incredible! Upon arriving at the hotel you will be just shell shocked with it's size and beauty, it has the best entrance to a hotel I've ever been too and I've visited a lot of hotels! The staff at the hotel are the most kind, well mannered people I've ever met on a foreign holiday. Large complex, would not like to visit during School Holidays. During peak time, July/August I believe it would be too busy & crowded.

We arrived late and although the reception was closed and locked there was an intercom where a member of staff came to check us in - easy and efficient. The place was clean. The people were friendly and the staff were helpful. Cleaners come every day. Good English movie channel. Good free poolside wi-fi. The apartment is spacious. Nice hotel, friendly helpful reception staff. Rooms very clean with comfortable beds. Food is very good, lots of choice and with the way the dining room is designed, very little if any queuing. I stayed there a few times over the years. It is a great location and a nice two bedroom apartment. The staff are very friendly also.
