"Everything was good. Room 203 I believe something was wrong with the air conditioning it was really hot."

"Limited parking first come first serve and you might even get blocked in since no one really cares. Front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The entire hallway to the room smelled like weed!!! The room felt barely cleaned. Walked with grey socks in the room and they were so dirty within minutes. Loud doors slamming all night long. Screaming and yelling from other rooms and banging on doors. Was woken up several times each night we stayed for hours. Very poorly managed hotel. Great location for the train but other than that would not recommend."

"The breakfast was a good assortment. The room was exceptional and well kept up. Staff was great and attentive. The shuttle was a plus which helped through our stay. The only down fall was the elevators. Only 1 was working and then it took forever that when you took the stairs you weren't able to enter the lobby with your card. You had to go around to enter the hotel again."

"Beautiful property. Most of the staff polite and highly accommodating. Unfortunately we arrived to find a backed up toilet, air conditioning cut out repeatedly. One staff member was very rude. As we are disabled we had to ask for ice to be brought to the room. Treated great except one staffer on the second night repeatedly promised to get ice to the room but after 2 hours of calling and waiting, at 1am we finally went to sleep. With a little more care by engineering and tossing out one person it would have been delightful "
