"The rooms were comfortable modern. The Breakfast was typical breakfast buffet. Was pleasantly surprised at the dinner buffet and free drink tickets each night. Daughter loved the swim between inside/outside pool."

"Do not go for the breakfast. Rubbery eggs, undercooked potatoes... The condiments, coffee and cream and sugar needed replacing were empty/needed replacing and the kitchen host didn't bother checking. A lot of socializing being done by staff, leaning on counters and chatting rather than being guest forward. "

"I have used this hotel every year for several years and never had a problem until this year. The room was clean but the bathtub didn't drain. One of the front desk staff quit so there was no one to fix the problem. The hotel lost the booking for the group I was with because it is under new management and new ownership. The lobby and pool are excellent, the breakfast is also amazing. They tried charging for the omelet bar this year but then changed their minds. Just beware if you book here as they are going through changes. Otherwise, great hotel. "

"The bed was horrible. Bouncy and really needs to be replaced. The room is dated, but clean and okay for the price. The bathroom was clean. The heating/AC unit is very loud. You can hear the highway from the room. I was so exhausted that none of that mattered once I fell asleep. The front desk clerk was not very inviting. She did her job, but didn't seem very pleasant. Maybe it was a bad day for her. The breakfast was way more than expected. That was the upside."

"The staff was nice. My room was clean. Bed was made up, but the sheet had crusty strain on them. I didnt complain I travel with my own away.Im not sure if they still offer complimentary water or not But it would have been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast and cocktail hour was great. Im hilton rewards member .I love there facilities. This one was beening renovated Im sure its going to be beautiful when its done. I would stay at this hotel again."

"We found out after a long hike to our room that the front of the building is all lobby and restaurants and conference rooms. If your room is on the first floor you need to walk away is to get to the elevator. And if your room is on the second floor that is actually the same for as the lobby. We hiked and packed all of our gear all the way around to the back of the building and found our room and put our stuff away and then walked back to the front of the hotel to get in our car and drive it around back. Where there's a door right next to an elevator 30 ft from our room. The desk clerk check-in would have been great if they could have clued us on the best way to get there."
