"Could use some improvements. Always short towels in the pool, short towels and toilet paper in the rooms (we were with a team and pretty much everyone had the same issues). This hotel also uses the horrible half sized pillows and good luck getting extras. I asked twice and was told if they find some they would bring them to me, never did get them. Also the lighting is horrible, feels like an old Vegas hotel in the hallways and rooms. "

The overhead light over bathroom mirror is not working and was told no staff available in the evening, has to wait for next morning to have it fixed. Front desk staffs are friendly. Free continental breakfast has only minimal choices. And only available from 7 am onwards. "

"Some of the hotel was under construction. And the elevators were slow. And rattled. We have always stayed there. And expected more. This time, it fell flat. Not sure if we will be returning. "
