"This is a wonderful hotel. They booked the wrong room and were quick to make it correct. Absolutely wonderful customer service and clean room. We were on the ground floor so we were awaken by the garbage collection truck during the night, and a delivery truck, as well as sirens. They couldn’t fix this I know. Good sleep on the mattress, good water pressure. The blow dryer doesn’t have enough power to even dry your arm hair. Bring your own. Overall I would stay again. "

"Hotel lovely, pedestrian access to Rogers Place. Breakfast voucher for CHoP and menu was appealing, food exceptional. Room very clean, slightly dated and worn furniture but overall acceptable. Recommend parking in parkade THeN going to check in at front desk. Few underground spaces on a game days."
