"Excellent staff!!"

"It was everything we needed to stay for a few days. The price was very reasonable. The on-site restaurant looks great but we only had coffee there. We didn't use the pool but it was clean. They have bicycles and beach supplies for you to use if you visit the nearby beach; it's a very cool bonus I haven't seen at other places."

"Friendly staff good comfortable room"

"This was my second time staying here and the stay was just as great as the first time. Everytime we need to stay in Clearwater Beach we will be staying here."

"Great stay!"

"Room was clean, super nice owner, really attentive and checked on us frequently. Nice little motel with a pool right outside the rooms. Did get loud at night from the bars nearby but overall was great."

"The rooms were clean and well-organized. However, the air fresheners had an overpowering scent that could affect guests with allergies. The shower was also clogged, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to fix it."

"This is the second time that we stayed here. Great value and close to EVERYTHING!"

"Great location, very clean, nice pool, friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again."

"Nice place."

"Our room was a very clean updated room. The amenities were perfect for us. They had everything we needed to cook, breakfast lunch and dinner. Less than a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. Had so much fun at the friendly Tavern across the street. Plenty of seating outside our room. Plenty of free parking."

"Everything was so nice and very convenient. It was awesome to fish from the docks right out from your room. And then across the street was the main beach entrance. Will definitely be back again"

"ery polite in all aspects and very clean room I'll be staying here again"

"Wonderful place to stay, we’ll definitely come back!"

"great location great staff great hotel recommend staying there"

"Hidden gem! Robert who works and manages property is awesome! Steps away from the beach, a short walk away from John's Pass."

"Fantastic stay."

"Great location, great staff"

"Older Hotel and would be better if renovations were made. Noisy due to facing directly to Hwy 19. Continuous traffic through the evening. "
