"The tv was tiny with no sound, aircon was very old, they gave two single beds instead of a double and refused to provide the airport transfer included in the package then came back after my fiancée had got her own transport and apologised for the mistake... too late by that point! Not the best hotel for the money and they will deny you services included in the packages. I would stay elsewhere, there are plenty of other options."

Maybe there was a gap between the door and the floor, but it was minor. I will come back next time for my business trip. "
