"Everything was amazing "

"WE arrived to a warm friendly staff, room neat, clean, quiet and well laid out. Close to a Starbucks for snacks and beverages. Hotel has excellent access to freeway, amenities as needed and priced reasonably. HVAC worked great."

"The had black stains or burns in carpet, bathroom faucets were loose and had to use both hads to turn on and off, stains on walls and doors. Weather was warm, but you could not you pool or hot tub because it hadn't been clean, and strangers walking through the paeking lot day and night. "

"Room ac is old and outdated. Room is cold while it runs then it kicks off making the room hot again. Tv has no upgrades so you’re limited to just a handful of channels. Lights don’t all work Pillows are the ones where your head is basically on the mattress. The area is decent and seemed safe. Ultimately fine for a night or so. Room is large and has plenty of space. Bathroom also large. But no lights on mirror and found it dark when applying make up. "

"This hotel is holding onto it last thread, I have advised them to actually hire a real contractor and then they send their employees who don’t speak English to superglue things together. I honestly recommend to whoever read this go to Santana Row or Amwell hotel. Staff wasn’t to be seen, nor manger to be found "

"Property going through a remodel. Driveway entrance not accessible. Only elevator working and the interior of the elevator was torn up. Water in the room would periodically lose pressure. The interior of the room I stayed in was refurbished so it was okay. The cylinder for the coffee maker was dirty. The shower tub grout looked dirty. Although the staff was nice I don’t think I would stay there again. "
