Went for a higher end room for our stay hotel stay during our trip and did not disappoint. The room was spacious (not as good as the one in Tainan, Cambridge hotel) but still amazing with the view. The communal space on the top floor was amazing with wonderful view of the local area and planes going to land at the local airport. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. There are several amenities including a gym, spa, pool, bakery and restaurants. There is a mall across the street and a train station nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and had a lovely view. I would stay again if I'm back in Taipei.

Enjoyed the stay in this hotel. It is right opposite a bus station which takes you to places like Ximending and Shilin night market, and the MRT station is only a 5-minute walk away. There are multiple convenience stores nearby and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs as well. They have 2 ATMs in the hotel, however, they wouldn't recognise my foreign debit card, but Standard Chartered Bank was less than a 5-minute walk away. Excellent hotel with super friendly staff, they even wore fancy dress costumes at reception during Halloween! Rooms were big and I especially liked the bathroom with the shower and toilet all separate. Water and soft drinks were complimentary each day too. Location was close to local shops, cafes and restaurants too. I didn’t use the subway but believe it was only a few minutes away. Can not recommend this hotel enough.

Hotel room has great view of Taipei 101. Staff are really nice and services are brilliant. Our trip was disrupted by the Heathrow closure, so was delayed for 1 day. The hotel team was brilliant and accommodating, allowing us to cancel one night despite very short notice. The location is walkable, but a little far from MRT station (~10 minutes walk).
