Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul

"Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Especially the concierge team who gave us the best experience with their information on where to go and how to get there and just their professional, friendly service. Special thanks to concierge team. Breakfast was a wonderful experience with a great variety and choice of food to suit all tastes. We will revisit this hotel again in the near future and will recommend to everyone thinking of visiting Istanbul. My only concern with this hotel is the geographical area in the city as we found it required taking a taxi to most places as walking around is difficult due to its location, however the views of the Bosporus are amazing so I suppose there must be a compromise."
Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class

"Just a few missing details such as burned out lightbulbs in the beautiful, but somewhat dated lobby and lights in the elevator which would turn off upon entry and back on after selecting a floor. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful, but have had more congenial receptions at other hotels. While supper was pretty tasty, the breakfast buffet was not very enjoyable."

"İşim gereği kalmak zorunda olursam hiç düşünmeden ,gönül rahatlığı ile kaldığım bir otel. Otelin çalışan ekibi (güvenlik, ön büro, mutfak ,kat personelleri) işlerinde çok başarılılar ve öz veri ile çalışıyorlar. Otel; temiz ,güvenli ve sakin .(kalabalık bir otel ama sakinliği hissediyorsunuz.) İstanbulun neresinde işim olursa olsun buradaki tesiste konaklamayı tercih ediyorum. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.............."

"everything was good except for the in room dining. The food was way overpriced, the portions were very small, the food was almost always served room temperature, and because they don’t accept Uber eats at the property we were largely trapped to purchase that food almost every night."
