"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The amenities are lovely. The food is excellent. The view of the river is beautiful and can be seen from the restaurant at breakfast and dinner, It’s a short walk to the tram. We liked the tranquil escape it gave us from the bustle of Istanbul. The courtesy and etiquette of the staff is world class. We are grateful to them. Many thanks for making our stay wonderful."

"Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. Fruits and salads nice and fresh and you can order omelettes. We recommend "

"The hotel was super traditional, and our room was spotless. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Everything, like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, was just a 15 minute walk away. I had issues with my mobility, so I wouldn't stay on the European side. It's very hilly. The tram was quick and easy to use to get to places. Make sure you have enough data during your stay."

Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."
