For example by being located on the seventh floor we had access to complimentary pastries every morning and wine and a picada every afternoon. The service at the hotel was top notch from start to finish all staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself is a little dated in places but this does give it a certain charm! The breakfast was good and there were a suitable range of options and the local area was great as well. A top location for exploring Buenos Aires and getting around the city! The room service was also delicious and the pool is a lovely place to relax. The gym was well equipped and pleasant to use.

Fantastic hotel, beautifully located to most tourist attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious and also had a security safe to put valuables.I slept like a baby. The lady who cleaned the room was wonderful always making sure I had enough coffee and water and that everything was up to standard. The breakfast was amazing with a wide range to chose from. My breakfast was not included in the deal but I paid when consumed. I will definitely recommend this hotel...

This hotel was our fantastic discovery after having very stale, fake and phoney experience staying at Alvear Palace which felt like old people home... Faena hotel is for those who love design, art, modern, energetic vibe and who want to spend few nights living in style. Fantastic restaurants, lobby and the best swimming pool in BA! It has very theatrical feel and when you are there - you feel like you are the star of your personal magic film. The only regret we had - we found it just at the end...

This is our second stay at CasaSur whilst we visit Buenos Aires on business (1st Stay in September, second stay in early December) and I suspect it will become our go-to place for the foreseeable future. Location is great and the rooms very comfortable and spacious, the lobby and bar areas provide a lovely atmosphere for a drink after work and before dinner, but from listening to the other guests, it is also perfect for a drink after a long day sightseeing.
