What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making everything effortless for us. The hotel was always very clean. If you are looking to be in Palermo Soho amongst the great restaurants and shops, you can’t do better than 1828 Smart Hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast delicious and the beds super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in town.

An absolute gem of a hotel, 5 ⭐ and more! Small boutique feel, staff are really friendly and helpful, and it's located in a great part of the trendy Palermo suburb with plentiful eating and shopping on its doorstep. The hotel were really accommodating with early flight arrivals and late departure.
