Heavily scented rooms - if you have any type of lung issue, Asthma, COPD, or sensitivities to chemical fragrance: stay away. The room itself was great: spacious, clean and really nice but there are automatic sprayers of some type in the rooms to keep it smelling "good." I was able to switch rooms and got into one that had less of a scent but it was still too much for my lungs to handle. If you don't have any type of lung issue - This is a great place. It's located across from a beautiful park in a very safe neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and the sauna very nice. I rented the hot tub, which didn't get very hot but was still nice. The champagne they serve is excellent

This hotel allowed a one-night stay, which can be rare in Argentina, including in Buenos Aires - at least in this price category. Exceeded expectations - spacious room, very comfortable bed, good working bathroom, mini-fridge and kitchenette with even a stovetop (you do have to request cooking utensils - they are not automatically placed into the room). Hotel was considerate of our need for late checkout. Location is excellent as well - in Palermo, one tiny block away from Ecoparque and the Libertador avenue. Indoor pool can be used all year long. It's designed as part of their spa experience, but pool access is included with hotel stay, so you don't have to book any additional spa procedures.

The location was great, close to the AEP airport and several parks. The area felt safe. The hotel was ok. Breakfast was only room service, but it was not bad either. There was, however, a weird, artificial smell of the air freshener that was very annoying. I complained about it and was told someone would take a look at what smelled; nobody showed up.

What a wonderful little hotel! I picked it because it was closest to the airport, but I would stay again for the spacious room, lovely amenities, delicious room delivered made to order breakfast and the courteous kind staff. Very walkable to lovely restaurants including a Michelin Grade restaurant right next door. Amazing.
