Staff is amazing. Hotel and grounds are good. The updated rooms are very nice, the older ones, not so much! There’s also a bunch of renovations happening, which could be quite annoying and loud. I feel they should have disclosed that, but they compensated when I told them. I would definitely stay here again.

The guest services person was very friendly, we had an issue with the room we were given. The pictures on the website show a very updated room and our reservation showed “pool access”. To us that meant a pool view! We were given a room that they called River view! We overlooked a parking lot. When we questioned the room we were told no one ever gets told their view. The guest service person we got on check out was rude! We had dinner in the Lobby bar and the food was excellent!! Overall Very disappointed with our stay given what you show guests what they will get and what we actually got was the exact opposite. Be honest or you will lose patrons for future visits.
