"I haven't stayed in a best Western for years. I mean at least 35 years. This stay has put Best Western back on my list of desirable options. It was clean!!, comfortable, had a good breakfast and the staff at check in and check out were all friendly. If I come back to St Joseph/Benton Harbor, I Will be happy to stay here again. Bonus they are walking distance from Walmart, Celebration Cinema and a short drive or a small walk from Biggby Coffee. "

"A great place to stay when passing through the area. Rooms were nice and clean and well kept, staff was friendly, the small continental breakfast was a nice option plus there is also several restaurants right next-door if you need to go bigger. I would definitely stay here again."

"Near several restaurants that are within walking distance. Right by Notre Dame U. The inside hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. I imagine it's freaking hard to watch that, since it is a large property, and I feel like that could be filed under a guest integrity issue (we had no issue smoking outside, as the signs clearly state). Actually, we saw police rounding two times. There's plenty of am coffee options in and outside of the hotel. There's an indoor pool. Shower heads are low, although we're 5'10 and 6'3. They had a microwave and mini fridge, which is hard to find these days. I'd stay here again if I was in the area."
