Good location but almost till 2:30 am in the morning many youngsters were shouting , talking loudly , making lot of noise on the street just below the room window so could not get good sleep and wish someone could have told them to lower the noise and windows should been sound proof

Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. Outdated hotel and very tired room. The handle on the window was broken and on verge of falling off. The area surrounding hotel felt very unsafe and loud constantly over night

pentahotel Brussels City Centre
I had to ask for a change of room due to the first room being well below standard. Second room was better but still littered with the previous occupants hair clips all over the place. Shame has this used to be a great hotel
