Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. The Scott Hotel Brussels
Lovely stylish and friendly hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was very nice with several fantastic cafes in the vicinity. The centre was a short metro journey (or uber ride) away.
